Unicare Plus provides immunization services for all types of vaccines that may be mandated or recommended for all of your employment and school needs, including TB testing and titers antibody testing.

Physicals

Physicals are medical evaluations that accurately assess a patient’s current state of health. Unicare Plus offers several types of physicals for both children and adults, such as:

Basic wellness checkups for patients of all ages (this does not replace annual wellness checkups with your primary care provider)

Required school and sports physicals for children (please reserve your appointment at least 6 weeks in advance if possible)

Work physicalsDOT/Department of Transportation physicals
